An upscale Urbancorp townhouse development project in the beaches had a need for a large retaining wall structure. At a maximum height of 3.66m (12’) and a total length of 91m (300’), the retaining wall ran along its side property line, which was adjacent to an individual residential property. Verti-Block was the only choice as it offered a cost effective design and an attractive pattern that would be acceptable to the resident living right next to it.
