Club owners had decided it was time to construct a new modern club house and restaurant. The building design called for a doorway below grade which required retaining walls on either side. Verti-Block was chosen for it’s realistic natural finish as well as the overall strength and durability the system provided. Verti-Block was installed with a maximum height of 4.2m (14’), integrated a decorative metal fence and supported a driveway overtop. Constructed up against the foundation of the building, the result is a clean and integrated look.
