A new Bolton commercial property was being developed at a lower elevation than the outdoor storage areas of the surrounding properties. Although the retaining wall required wasn’t particularly high, these storage areas held heavy equipment and construction materials. This additional surcharge meant that the system used had to have the necessary strength to support the required design loads.
